  I purchased a dinning room table and chairs for my daughter as a Christmas gift, we had a great experience with the staff on that day. When the set came in they never contacted us to pick it up we had to call them. We sent someone to pick i up they were given a brand new table with the floor model chairs needless to say we were not happy about this or the fact that they offered nothing to make it right. When we called we were told we could come get the chairs when they came in but only after arguing about it. We were finally able to get them to pick up their used chairs and bring the new ones. I did not pay for used furniture i paid for new and expect new I do understand that things happen however there was no effort to make it right by them, as I said we had to argue with them to get this corected. We have made purchase here in the past and had great experiences until this time. The manager Ken was less then helpful and far from professional we should not have had to argue to get what I paid for. He only planed on replacing 1 chair yet I paid for 4 new chairs not 3 used and 1 new. They are supposed to bring them on Saturday and I do expect to get what I paid for and I hope in the future no one has to have the same experience that we did. We never even got a apology for the as he called it a mix up I call it poor customer service and completey unprofessional.
